Where we ship

United States only for now.

Rates

• Standard: $8 flat
• Standard: free on orders of $70 and over
• Express: $15

The Face + Hair Bundle at $105 ships free. A single 30ml serum at $60 does not reach the threshold on its own.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days and express within 1 to 2. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, and they can run longer around holidays.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received one within four business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email support@amide.skin.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on your billing date and follow the same rates and timelines above. You receive advance notice before each renewal, and you can pause, skip or cancel from your account dashboard before that date.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved in a week, or your order arrives damaged, email support@amide.skin with your order number and we will sort it out. Damaged orders are replaced or refunded at your choice, with nothing to send back.
