The 30/30 Copper Peptide Protocol: Saturation, Integration, Recalibration

Why cycle at all

The three phases

How to actually run it

Evaluate at the end of integration, not saturation

During integration the breakdown quiets and synthesis catches up. Judging on the last day of a saturation block means judging at the least flattering point in the cycle.

What to run during the off block
